It is no coincidence that this quote from Gainsbourg opens the Juliette has a gun website. The brand, which had its preview at Colette in Paris in 2006, is as rebellious as it is talented – just like the French-Jewish chansonnier.
The creator of Juliette is Romano Ricci – yes, the great-grandson of the legendary couturier Nina Ricci and the grandson of Robert Ricci, the man who developed the legendary perfume ‘L’Air du Temps’.
Despite his pedigree, Romano is a self-made man who managed to bring Francis Kurkdjian on board for his first perfume, but has been working entirely on his own ever since.
Some of the top fragrances include Lady Vengeance, Not a Perfume, Moscow Mule, Vanilla Vibes, Musc Invisible, Pear Inc., Magnolia Bliss, Powder Love and the recently launched Banana Rush.
Juliette also has a luxury range featuring four fragrances, including Oil Fiction, White Spirit and Liquid Illusion.
