Throughout the Mediterranean, and since the 2nd millennium BC, the roots of GARANCE – Rubia Tinctorum – have been used for their strong coloring power and incredible medicinal properties. As a true ancestral beauty ritual, queens and empresses painted their complexions and lips with these pigments in endless shades of red.

How to apply

The tinted balm can be applied with your finger for a natural finish or with a lip brush for a more precise application.
Take a small amount and apply directly to your lips, from the center outwards. Lightly pat or press your lips together to help the color adhere.
The buildable coverage adapts to your style and preferences. One swipe is enough for subtly tinted lips, creating a "bitten lip" effect. For a more intense result, apply multiple swipes until you achieve the desired finish.
